LARaterman Associates has been involved with a variety of events including Galas, Golf Outings, Art Auctions, Dinners and Conferences. From start to finish we work with you to establish a theme as well as fundraising goals for the event. For those events that may not be fundraisers, we work with you to establish marketing and PR goals and then examine ways to reduce expenses and improve efficiences.
Often LARaterman Associates is the only “staff” working on the event and therefore assumes all roles relating to the event – including contract negotiation, on site management, etc. For those times where an organization may already have staff in place, we work with staff to identify what the needs are and how to fill those needs.
